Spectacular day for a half marathon in the Rockies!
1:46. A new PR for me! Must be the cheetah skirt.
All of the details including insane chafing. big toe trauma and crying in the shower to come soon in my full race report.
Now it’s time to let the cheetah rest.
SUAR
Woo hooo! New PR! In your babe-a-licious cheetah skirt ;-)
ReplyDeleteNice legs!
ReplyDeletecongrats!
ReplyDeleteholy fastness batman! way to go! must be all that leftover Triathalon in your blood!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the skirt!
ReplyDeleteAWESOME picture!! Check out those legs!! Hot!! Congrats on the great race cheetah!! Now time for a catnap!
ReplyDeleteSexy kitty skirt ;-) Um chafing and crying sounds bad, but I fear I know where you're coming from.
ReplyDeleteThere, you see? That's the difference real fitness makes. That or being a real runner. I did my first half IM much slower than you did yours, and I was bagged for a month after. I'm currently dreaming of breaking 2 hours for a half marathon. Maybe I should try the cheetah skirt...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the skirt! I love it! Great job!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I might have muscles like that, but you would never see them under my protective layer of padding.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, good job! That is a spectacular time, and about 35 minutes faster than my 10K time.
I want to be like you when I grow up.
love that cheetah skirt. Congrats on the new PR
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the skirt! Gave you cheetah skills.
ReplyDeleteCarly
ouch... was it the stealth chafe that comes out in the shower? The. worst. That would make ME cry, anyway! And yeah, I noticed the legs too... enhanced by cycling for sure!
ReplyDeleteIt was definitely the cheetah skirt. :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome!! Congrats on the PR! : )
ReplyDeleteDamn....your fast!
ReplyDeleteNice job and less then one week after the 70.3!
I'm just here to look at your legs.
ReplyDeleteCan I steal that photo for my fitspiration file? WOW!
Geez! That's wicked fast!! Must be a combination of the Cheetah skirt and those incredible legs!! Sorry there was trauma involved :(
ReplyDeleteAre those Pearl Izumi running shoes you are rocking? If so how do you like them?
ReplyDeleteWas the crying in the shower because of the insane chaffing? Youch!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new PB. Must have been the tri-training.
ohhh can not wait to hear the full report although I am sorry it sounds like it was painful. Way to rock the skirt and the fast ass time though :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on an awesome PR! Love the cheetah skirt too!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the PR, girl! Whoo hoo!
ReplyDeleteMust be the skirt + holy LEG MUSCLES! ;) Congrats, Beth!
ReplyDeleteThe cheetah deserves some serious rest! AWESOME JOB, WOMAN! You are just kickin' ass left and right!
ReplyDeleteDANG!!! WOMAN YOU ARE SO FAST and your legs look AWESOME!! Can't wait to hear more:)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the PR!
ReplyDeleteSuch a rockstar!! Can I borrow your legs?
ReplyDeleteA PR one week after a 70.3 race? Somebody check SUAR for PEDs......
ReplyDeleteGreat job and love the smile in the middle of the race.
Way to go Cougar...I mean cheetah!
You look great, congrats on your time!!
ReplyDeleteYou stud you! One week after your 70.3? Awesome!
ReplyDeleteHoly wow!! PR and looking HAWT in your animal print! Congrats!!!! No wonder I follow your boobs!
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic!! I'm jealous. Living in AL, and it being 100 degrees w/ 90% humidity for 3 months (even BAD for here!), I haven't been able to run much. Ridiculous chaffing is the WORST. That, and losing toenails. My butt chaffed, big time, during my first marathon and a friend gave me "anti-monkey butt powder". I think monkey butt powder and cheetah skirt are a match made in running heaven.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree...your legs are serious!
