What Are You Doing June 24-26?

Let’s hang out in Boulder.

Friday June 24 to Sunday June 26.FHBC-Attendee-Badge

I’ve recently found out about the Health and Fitness Bloggers’ Conference happening in my own backyard (Boulder Marriott). I’ve never been to a blogger’s conference before. I’m not sure if I know how to talk to people. I might just blog and have people go in the lobby and read it.

Can I tell you how excited I am? If you want to join me, it is going to be three days of learning about health/fitness topics, blogging issues, social media. A couple of dinners are included. One a farm table dinner at Whole Foods, guaranteed to be nutritious, yummy and to give you gas. The cost is $250, but there are full or partial scholarships available.  Go HERE for more info.

  1. I've been tossing that back & forth trying to decide if it's worth the money, but lately I've leaning towards "OF COURSE IT IS"...a whole weekend in Boulder PLUS all those info sessions, clinics & bloggy peeps? Duh.

Glad to see you'll be joining the fun :)

  2. Hi there!
Thanks so much for the info. I may be interested. And it would be double cool to meet up with you and fellow bloggy peeps! Will investigate and email you;-)

    THx!

  3. That may very well be when I am taking my insane, as-yet-undecided road trip w/ 4 kids and no husband...that, in all likelihood, would go through some part of Colorado. We could hang out in the parking lot for a quickie (hello/goodbye, that is) but, unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to enjoy the program. Sounds quite interesting and fun, though.

  5. Recently learned of this, too, and hoping to make it! Agenda looks very cool, and what fun to meet up with fellow bloggers. Really like that they're incorporating hikes/good food/yoga into it all, too. Highlight definitely would be meeting you in real life! :)

  8. What a fun sounding conference! All of the conferences I get sent to are the kind that have me sneaking out between sessions to squeeze in a run so I can (hopefully) stay awake for the next boring session. I'm sure you'll have a blast! :-)

  9. That looks like so much fun! But I'm headed to my HS reunion in Missouri that weekend. So I think I might really be hanging out by my locker and snapping gum...or at least hanging out with the people I used to do those things with. Hope you take lots of notes!

  10. How cool! I want to go! Except, I already know you'll be the popular girl and you won't even notice me when I try to get your attention because you'll be in a swarm of chatty girls. Ugh, middle school. Don't make me relive it.

  11. Sounds quite awesome! I'm going to check schedules with the hubs--this would be right up my alley. You, of course, are inviting everyone to stay at your house, right?

  12. Sounds like SUCH a blast! I would be all over it but RAGNAR Wasatch Back is just a week before and there is no way I could manage getting out of here two weekends in a row. Can't wait to hear about it though. :)

  15. WOW! I'm drooling over here! That sounds fantastic...

I do have a dilemma though... I live in Hawaii, and it's EXPENSIVE to fly anywhere out of our state (*sad face).

BUT! That is my birthday weekend and I already have my vacation approved (no plans yet!) so maybe Boulder is where I should be... never been before!

Now I need a master plan to get $250, plane tickets, etc...BWAHAHAHAHA! <--- evil laugh right there.

  21. Oooh... I'd love to do this! But because I'm getting married in September, I'm watching my expenses and not taking any vacations this year, except for my honeymoon. If I could find a cheap flight and lodging, I totally would come to Boulder.
