Get Your Shut Up and Run Shirts!

SHIRTS ARE HERE!!*

There are three types available

*Please do not let the dorkiness of the models and their poses distract you from how cool the shirts are

1. Women’s tech/performance tee – $34.99

Shut Up and Run Women's Tech Tee

The print has a distressed look because runners are tough and go through a lot and sometimes get distressed and cry.

P1100187

When looking at the price keep in mind that not all tech shirts are created equal.   This is a high quality tech shirt from Alo or New Balance (I’m still deciding on the brand).  It is 100% polyester. It is available only in white (for now), with a crew neck. Print is reddish/pink with a turquoise runner on the side, running from the back of the shirt around to the front.

P1100194

P1100198

Sizing: XS, S, M, L, XL.

2. Women’s casual, every day burn out tee – $32.99

Shut Up and Run Women's Burn Out Tee

I LOVE this shirt. It is perfect for wearing to the grocery store, to drinks with the girls or to drive your kids to the 15th baseball game or piano lesson of the day. It is the softest cotton/poly mix with a feminine fit and capped sleeves.  The brand is Bella.

P1100142

It comes in S, M, L, XL.

3. Men’s tech/performance tee -  $37.99

Shut Up and Run Men's Tech Tee

This is 100% polyester from Alo with contrast stitching. Back panel is in gray.

P1100184

Comes in XS, S, M, L, XL.

I am now taking pre-orders for the shirts.

These are just the preliminary shirts. There will be more designs and styles offered in the future.

Please note that when ordering on the “store” page the colors lo0k more vibrant than they really are. The true colors are represented by the pictures in this post.

Shout outs! Thanks to Nuf Said Advertising for their help with the logo stuff. Shirts are being printed by Family Fan Club, a local business specializing in custom apparel and gifts.

If you want to order a shirt please go to the “store” tab at the top of this page. I will take pre-orders for the next ten days and then will have the shirts printed, to be available as soon as possible (do not know the exact date, but will let you know when I do). All shirts have a $5.00 shipping charge.

Please contact me directly for international orders.

Happy shopping!

  1. I looooooooove the burnout shirt! Mostly because of the "never quit" :) SUUUCKS that my Half is TWELVE days away!!! I'll order one anyway ;) Hopefully I won't quit. I'll run to deserve the shirt.

  2. Cool!

I like how distressed the writing looks... how I felt on my run Sunday... how I feel right now about to go run in the dark in the rain. I also like the little runner going around the side of the shirt.

The burn-out tee is mighty sexy... you could wear that awesome bra to accentuate this fact :P Someone please save me from my gutter...

  4. SUPER cute, but I need a TANK in this AFRICA HOT weather of mine!

Maybe I'll get my hubs one of the nifty dude ones though... He doesn't do tanks in any way, shape or form.

    They look great!

  5. I LOVE it! But 40 bucks with the shipping fee? I don't spend that on ANY of my running shirts... But the tech-t is totally awesome!

  6. Consider yourself contacted for an international order. Mens. Large. Please and thank you.
Wait! Do they consider Canada international? Some don't.

  7. Can you give more specifics for the women's sizing? Like 32-36 chest is a SM, etc.? I am often between S and M depending on fit and size (broad shoulders, big rib cage, small "girls"). Thanks!

  8. What size are you wearing in the picture. You are smaller than me, so just wanted a reference.

  10. Yay! Please add a size chart (small 4/6, med 8/10, etc.) Thanks!

  11. Very cool shirt designs! Love them, unfortunately I'm a tank top kinda girl... :)

  12. If it weren't for the dorky models I might be interested.

  13. Those look great!!! Keep em in stock, I'll order once I finish my half marathon, it'll be my finisher's prize to myself.

  14. Bravo! Insert clapping....

    Love It!

  15. It says I can't use my credit card to order a burnout shirt?? HELP!! I live in NY (temporarily) , but my billing address is CO.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Just ordered mine! Woo-hoo! Can't wait to wear it!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hey Peg - try making your shipping zip code the same as your billing address. Let me know if that works.

  18. They look great! Can't wait to order one when my credit card recovers. Will you be doing a STFU And Run shirt?

  19. How does the burnout shirt run as far as sizing goes? I know I have some other burnout tees and they tend to run small. Can't wait to order!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Anon - you are right, they do run a bit small. I would size up. I have a small, it fits great, but could be slightly larger, depending on if you like a tighter fit or not. They do not shink.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I absolutely love you BUT HOLY HELL those are some expensive shirts!

    ReplyDelete
  22. @Anon - Yes, tech shirts are pricey, but it's Beth. Give her a minute and I'll bet she'll be doing a give away!

@Beth - The shirts look great! I set a goal last September to do one organize race a month for 12 months. I'm almost there and I've been wondering what I'd do to reward myself. Looks like I've found it. I've got 2 races scheduled for July already. If I can find something in August, I'll be placing an order!!!

    Congratulations!!!

  23. i love the design of the tech/performance tee and i really want to order one....however, $34.99 + $5 shipping/handling is really expensive for my budget =(

    ReplyDelete
  24. loooooooooove! Now which to buy, the tech or the burnout shirt? hmmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  25. The price point is too high...unless a portion of the proceeds are going to charity,, I just don't think it's priced accrdingly.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Agreed!Too expensive for a shirt!:-(

  27. Just found your blog and I think it's GREAT! I very much want to gear up my exercise routine, move from sporadic fast-paced walking to a regular running routine. Just finding it hard to be more motivate. But, glad I found your site - some inspiration I was looking for!

    ReplyDelete
  28. WOW, I better shut up and run...TO AN ATM. YIKES!!!

    ReplyDelete
  29. As I said, I opted for quality over super low prices. I understand this will not be in everyone's budget. I wanted to offer a shirt that would wash well and last. There are lots of cheap tech shirts out there, at this point I didn't want to go that route. Maybe in the future I can offer a cheaper (but not as good of quality) shirt if that is what people want.

  30. I love the tech shirt and can't wait to order one!! Can you tell me a little about the sizing?? Is it standard sizing??

  32. @SUAR - Don't you dare!!! Ask people to check out Amazon and see if they can get a quality tech shirt for under $35. The thing is, you can't! That's just what tech shirts cost and serious runners done run in cotton Ts.

They can spend the same and end up advertising for a brand they have no connection with or believe in, or they can buy a SUAR tech shirt and start a conversation.

Believe me, I'm not rollin' in it, but I'd consider this a luxury item... a treat for a job well done. And it's worth it to belly-up to the Start Line not looking like the rest of the Nike, FILA and Adidas wearing lemmings. Of course, I can't afford to spend $40 on *every* running shirt I own but this sets me apart on race day. And how awesome would be it to run into another one at the Finish Line?

  33. Compared to other good quality tech shirts I've looked at, the price seems quite reasonable to me! Once our whole mail strike situation has been resolved up here in Canada I plan on ordering one ASAP!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Yay!! They look awesome!! Can't wait to wear one! :)

    ReplyDelete
  35. Sabrina - you always have my back and you have no idea how much I appreciate it.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Aimee- the sizes run pretty basic - a small is 4-6, medium 6-8. The burn out runs a bit on the small size; the tech is pretty true to size. The one I wear in the picture is a small. I have plenty of extra room in it.

  37. I sell shirts/swag for a living and while the shirts are marked up (why wouldnt they be?!) they are VERY reasonable. The brands are higher end and dont come cheap. Add in multiple color imprint + multiple location imprint and it drives the cost up. I think the shirts are awesome!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. I saw them first hand and they are AWESOME!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. awesome ... too bad I couldn't get it by this weekend for my two races!

Good that you got your hubby to model the guys version ... and he looks so happy too!

    Good acting!

  40. Hey SUAR,is a race entry included with purchase?

    ReplyDelete
  41. Very nice! I need to start saving my pennies!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hey Anonymous - how clever you are! If you want a "free" tech shirt, go register for Rock n Roll Vegas. It's only a $150 entry fee.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Love the shirts! They turned out great. Now, I gotta try to convince the hubs that I NEEEEED a new work out shirt. And I NEEEEED to buy one for my mother in law too. Think he'll buy it?

    ReplyDelete
  44. These are awesome. I love that the runner has been altered and now has a ponytail and skirt, but still no boobs. This is my kinda runner girl. Good job SUAR!

  45. Women's tshirts are a staple in many wardrobes. Tshirts are comfortable and cool in the summer. If you are graduating from college you may only have tshirts in your wardrobe.I would definitely recommend
