Ever have those mornings that were created for running? Today was one of them. No wind. Warm air. Clear skies. The road before me.
I set out for ten miles heading west on some Boulder County back roads.
Tranquil. Empty. Exquisite.
My face might have put a damper on the scenery. I had just come up that hill behind me and couldn’t breathe:
But, my very most favorite part of the run was when I took this picture. I bet you didn’t know my boobs were this saggy. Or that I had nuts.
Hope your run was a good one too.
Off to find a new bra or jock strap,
SUAR
Beautiful day and nice squat!
ReplyDeleteGreat day to run for sure!!
ReplyDeleteNICE! Love the shorts in your squat... hahahaha
ReplyDeleteNO WIND!!!! I'm jealous.. it's ripping my roof off out here.
ReplyDeleteThat made me pee a little! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteCome on now, admit it! You were about to pull it to the side and cop'a'squat! heehee
ReplyDeleteBeautiful place to run!
ReplyDeleteI love days like that! Great pics and great squat! ;)
ReplyDeleteYou are so funny and lucky to have such a beautiful place to run. When I was on my run today I was wondering if all of the car exhaust I inhale while running on my local roads will one day kill me. No pretty stuff out here to look at, just all the people hangin out there windows yelling wonderful"not" things to me on my run.
ReplyDeletewow that's super nice.
ReplyDeleteNice! All of it. the nuts, the boobs, the long open road.
ReplyDeleteWhen I grow up I'm gonna get a fancy phone like that so I can take photos during my runs. (And also when I got out running... bah-dum-dum).
ReplyDeleteLove runs that that...
ReplyDeleteI'd move to Colorado if only there was some scenery or nice weather.
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful run! Nice boobs! Sometimes I feel like mine hang down that far.
ReplyDeleteLooks absolutely beautiful. Glad you enjoyed your run.
ReplyDeleteIt's so pretty there.. well except that last pic.. I'm a bit alarmed.
ReplyDeleteso jealous!! Windy as all heck up here. I rode and at some points I swear I was rolling backward!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous place to run, I'm crazy jealous right now.
ReplyDeleteOh man, that picture. Thanks for the laugh!
:)
Great view... and I ain't talk'n about the mountains.
ReplyDeleteI had the exact same thought on my short 4-miler today! "Weather = perfection" Colorado is really outdoing itself right now, and I'm totally obsessed with it.
ReplyDeleteI want to come run on those empty roads!! They look more tranquil than the jam-packed Wash Park that I frequent for a loop or two during part of my long runs.
:) the weather was perfect here in Michigan too!
ReplyDeleteMust be nads cuz you keep saying you have no boobs.
ReplyDeleteThat is a gorgeous running route…I am envious. Also envious of the no wind thing. You are so lucky.
It was beautiful here too and I also had a fantastic run. Thanks for sharing! (Sorry about the saggy nut boobs) lol :-D
ReplyDeleteor toilet paper since you look like you are squatting to plop.
ReplyDeleteI love that road btw. I would definitely be running it everyday.
Your road looks AMAZING!!!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a beautiful place to run!
ReplyDeleteI think maybe your should start your own Victoria's Secret line... SUAR supportive bras and jock straps!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful roads! And that last pic is hysterical!
ReplyDeleteSarah @ Thinfluenced
BEAUTIFUL RUN!!! I am jealous!!! Love the last picture....maybe just buy both to be safe:)
ReplyDeleteLove your running route!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I never knew you in high-school. I think I would have spent two years as a Freshman laughing the whole time!
ReplyDeleteYou may be on to something there. A whole new marketing niche. The 'brock strap'. Don't think Kramer ever came up with that one.
ReplyDeleteRidiculously nice setting for a run. I envy your location for getting out and getting fit. Glad you make the most of it.
omg. That's scary. Kind of reminds me of mine after nursing two kids. Colorado is an awesome place to run. Enjoyed the BB10K last week. Like the t-shirt says, sea level is for sissies.
ReplyDeleteS
In case no one has told you today, you are CRAZY!! =)
ReplyDeleteYou say things out loud that I only think. It was 101 degrees yesterday. I like "warm" also - but need to get my run in before it gets "sweltering". Love the back road. What a great place to run with great scenery.
ReplyDeletehey there! i'm glad you had a great run! so, what was you pace on your 10 miler?
ReplyDeletehave a fabulous weekend!
cheers,
mary
Mary - 90 minutes or 9 min/mile avg.
ReplyDeletevery pretty! I'm into shadow pics too. funny!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics. Particularly the last one. I'm a bit jealous. I'm sweating my balls off here in St. Louis. We've gone from harsh winter, to less than harsh winter, to cold drizzly weather, to tornado central weather, to sweat your balls off-welcome to the 3Hs (hazy, hot, and humid)weather.
ReplyDeleteI have a vague memory of the season spring. We here in the Midwest would like to see its return.
Awesome. 10 miles. Who'da thunk it. I like Boulder. I wish Boulder was in San Diego.
