You speak to my heart of hearts here BEth. The beautiful setting, running with my best friend (my hubby) and just "being" in the the moment with a perfect run. Unfortunately, he is the one out on a 20 miler in beautiful Oregon and I'm home with the kids this morning.
What a great setting for a run. Love that last picture. Looks much better than the sweaty mess of a run a put down this morning. Hope you're icing down in a mountain stream.
Which trail were you guys on? I really want to try and mix up some of my LRs next month - the Cherry Creek trail entertains me for all of about one mile these days.
I really have come to love trail running. Way more fun than road races. Looks beautiful up there!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's beautiful! There is nothing like starting my day off by reading the best blog on the planet.
ReplyDeleteThat is so beautiful! I am sooo jealous!
