  4. You speak to my heart of hearts here BEth. The beautiful setting, running with my best friend (my hubby) and just "being" in the the moment with a perfect run. Unfortunately, he is the one out on a 20 miler in beautiful Oregon and I'm home with the kids this morning.

    Which trail were you guys on? I really want to try and mix up some of my LRs next month - the Cherry Creek trail entertains me for all of about one mile these days.
